Sardar Akhtar Mengal’s Name Removed from No-Fly List, Interior Secretary and FIA DG Submit Report to Court

Quetta (Daily Qudrat) — The **name of Balochistan National Party (BNP) leader Sardar Akhtar Jan Mengal** has been officially removed from the **No-Fly List**, following a petition filed by senior vice president and lawyer **Sajid Tarin** in the **Balochistan High Court**.

During the hearing, **Secretary Interior Pakistan Khurram Agha** and **FIA Director General Riffat Mukhtar** appeared before the court. BNP’s senior vice president **Sajid Tarin**, accompanied by central Secretary Information **Agha Hasan Baloch** and other legal representatives, also attended the proceedings. The case was heard by **Chief Justice Kamran Khan Malakhel**.

Sajid Tarin argued that **court orders had been repeatedly ignored**, raising concerns about enforcement and public trust. Following the judicial directive, the **Federal Secretary Interior and DG FIA submitted a report confirming that Sardar Akhtar Jan Mengal’s name had been removed from the No-Fly List**.

Tarin further stated that he would **not withdraw his contempt of court petition** and requested the court to schedule a follow-up hearing to ensure that the removal from the No-Fly List had been fully implemented.
