Provincial Sports Advisor Meena Baloch Pays Surprise Visit to QDA Sports Complex in Quetta

Quetta — Provincial Advisor for Sports and Youth Affairs, **Meena Baloch**, paid a surprise visit to the Quetta Development Authority (QDA) Sports Complex, where she inspected the ground and various sections of the facility. During the visit, she met children and young athletes present at the complex, listened to their concerns, and spent time interacting with them.

The advisor expressed strong displeasure over the poor condition of the ground and the inadequate management of the facility. She summoned the on-duty in-charge on the spot and reprimanded him for negligence. She immediately contacted the Secretary Sports and demanded a detailed report on the complex, directing the department to initiate urgent corrective measures.

Responding to the children’s request, Meena Baloch also played cricket with them, and upon the young athletes’ appeal, she promised to provide sports equipment soon. The children also highlighted the need for better facilities, to which the advisor assured swift action on a priority basis.
