Mission to Make PSL the World’s Top T20 League: PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi
Islamabad (Daily Qudrat): **Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi** has stated that the mission of the **Pakistan Super League (PSL)** is to become the world’s leading **T20 league**.
Speaking to the media, Mohsin Naqvi announced plans to build a **state-of-the-art cricket stadium in Islamabad** equipped with global-standard facilities, as well as a **world-class stadium in Muzaffarabad**.
He added that after approving the **PSL as a limited company**, the league will launch an **IPO** in the market. From **December until the start of PSL 11**, concerts for cricket fans will be organized at all venues.
Naqvi highlighted that PSL is emerging as a **stable international brand**, and the PCB is focusing on expanding its **global broadcast reach**. A new tender for **international media rights** has also been issued.
Additionally, the PCB has launched its **OTT platform, PCB Live**. Prize money for PSL includes **$500,000 for the winning team**, **$300,000 for the runners-up**, and **$200,000 for the franchise with the best cricket development**. He emphasized that PSL presents **major investment opportunities** for potential investors.
