HD Party Vows to Free People from ‘Form 47’ Government; Two Councilors Win Unopposed Marks a New Beginning: Abdul Khaliq Hazara

**Quetta (Qudrat Daily)** – Leaders of the Hazara Democratic Party (HDP) have hailed the unopposed victories of two of their councilors as the beginning of a larger political success, pledging to liberate the people from the imposed and controversial “Form 47” government. The party leadership congratulated the victorious councilors and emphasized that only HDP can provide the city of Quetta with leadership capable of undoing the damage caused by the undemocratic administration.

Chairman Abdul Khaliq Hazara, along with Vice Chairmen Mirza Hussain Hazara and Azizullah Hazara, General Secretary Ahmad Ali Kohzad, Secretary Information Qadir Ali Nail, and other district leaders addressed the inauguration of party offices in Zarghoon Town and Chiltan Town. Abdul Khaliq Hazara said that the party, through the dedication of its workers and steadfast leadership, remains the true representative of the Hazara community and the citizens of Quetta.

He criticized the 2024 general elections, claiming that the mandate of Quetta’s citizens was stolen through Form 47, which allowed parachute candidates and mafia-backed individuals to be imposed on the public via one of the worst cases of rigging in history. “The imposed Form 47 government cannot be considered representative of Quetta or the province. The deteriorating law and order situation is partly due to this unelected provincial administration, which has no connection with its people,” he added.

Party leaders reiterated that HDP’s contributions in local government legislation remain unmatched and that the party will continue to demonstrate its commitment to democracy and public service. They vowed that during the upcoming local body elections, HDP will once again show the power of public mandate, ensuring the Hazara community’s political rights are protected, and Quetta’s development, peace, and prosperity are promoted.

The leadership instructed party workers to intensify public outreach campaigns to inform citizens about HDP’s achievements, manifesto, and commitment to fair and transparent governance.
