Unknown Gunmen Fire at Tyres of Three LNG Tankers in Chagai: Police

CHAGAI: Unknown armed men opened fire at the tyres of three tankers carrying liquefied natural gas (LNG) in Chagai district, police said.

According to police, the incident occurred near Killi Muhammad Azam Shahi, within the jurisdiction of Yakmach Police Station, approximately 70 kilometres from Dalbandin.

Police said the three LNG-filled tankers were parked inside an empty house when unidentified armed men targeted their tyres with gunfire.

The attackers fled the scene after firing at the vehicles, police said.

Following the incident, police cordoned off the area and launched an investigation. Further inquiries are underway to determine the identity of the attackers and the circumstances surrounding the incident.
