Country Under Undeclared Martial Law, Justice Being Destroyed: Pashtunkhwa National Awami Party

*Quetta (Daily Qudrat)* — The Pashtunkhwa National Awami Party (PNAP), in a press release issued from its provincial secretariat, stated that the successful and historic district conference held in Pishin — marking the 52nd death anniversary of Shaheed Abdul Samad Khan Achakzai and the 34th death anniversary of Pashtun nationalist leader Mera Khan Mandokhail — has reaffirmed that the public continues to deeply trust the party’s ideology, struggle, and national narrative.

The statement extended heartfelt congratulations to all newly elected members of the Pishin district executive, particularly District Executive Secretary Mahmood Riaz, Senior Assistant Secretary Sardar Faisal Khan Tareen, and assistant secretaries Jaleel Bacha, Naseebullah Kaliwal, Dr. Hayatullah, Pir Hamdullah, Syed Shams Agha, Anwar Wahdat, Malik Aziz Kakar, Azeem Taran, and Samiullah Bazai. The party leadership expressed confidence that the new executive will further strengthen PNAP’s organizational and ideological foundations.
The oath was administered to the new executive by PNAP Chairman Khushal Khan Kakar.

According to the press release, the preparations for the district conference had been ongoing for the past two months through tehsil and regional committee meetings, *Olasi Jirgas*, organizational sessions, and outreach campaigns. The dedicated efforts of party workers and leaders resulted in a highly organized and historic gathering. Over 2,000 delegates attended the conference, which the party described as proof of the public’s unwavering confidence in PNAP’s political stance, national struggle, and vision for the protection and progress of Pashtun homeland.

The statement also expressed deep concern over the current national situation, saying that at a time when Pashtun regions are engulfed in terrorism, the country is under an undeclared martial law, and justice and the rule of law are being systematically destroyed. It further alleged that the 26th and 27th unconstitutional amendments have imposed fascism within the state.

The party declared that the only path to national salvation lies in public resistance, national unity, and strengthened democratic forces. PNAP vowed to continue its struggle with full commitment, guided by its historic role and ideological direction, and to build a strong, organized movement to end the political, economic, and constitutional deprivations faced by the people.
