Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party to Hold Rally on December 2 to Mark Khan Shaheed’s 52nd Death Anniversary

Quetta (Daily Qudrat) — The Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PMAP) announced that a public rally will be held at Ayub Stadium on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, to commemorate the 52nd death anniversary of the great leader Abdul Samad Khan Achakzai, widely revered as Khan Shaheed.

In a statement issued by the PMAP central secretariat, the party emphasized Khan Shaheed’s historic struggle against British colonial rule and his dedication to freedom and the rights of the people of Pashtunkhwa. The statement highlighted that his efforts and rallies had forced the British rulers to leave the region.

The party criticized the government’s alleged misuse of Form 47 to replace Form 45, describing it as an attack on the country’s constitution and democratic principles. They stated that the 2024 elections and the subsequent changes aimed to undermine the nation’s consensus constitution, resulting in the controversial 27th Amendment, which they claim caused significant political damage to Pakistan.

PMAP called on the patriotic, pro-democracy public to participate in the rally to express their rejection of the current government imposed through Form 47 and to support the establishment of a true democratic federation based on the supremacy of the constitution, democratic governance, and equality of all nations. The party described Khan Shaheed’s anniversary as a beacon of hope amid the country’s challenging political situation.
