ICC Rankings Update: Saim Ayub Regains No. 1 Spot in T20 All-Rounders List

Lahore: Pakistan’s Saim Ayub has reclaimed the No. 1 position in the ICC T20 all-rounders rankings, as the International Cricket Council released its latest rankings across all formats.
Saim surpassed Zimbabwe’s Sikandar Raza to return to the top, while West Indies’ Roston Chase holds the third position.
In the T20 bowlers’ rankings, India’s Varun Chakravarthy remains at No. 1. Pakistan’s Abrar Ahmed climbed four places to reach fourth, whereas Mohammad Nawaz jumped two spots to move to 11th. Shaheen Afridi retained his 18th position. Sufiyan Muqeem dropped four spots to 32nd, while Salman Mirza rose four places to 34th. Saim Ayub also made significant progress as a batter, moving up 12 spots to 39th.
In the T20 batters’ list, India’s Abhishek Sharma continues to hold the top spot. Pakistan’s Sahibzada Farhan slipped two places to sixth. Babar Azam dropped one spot to 30th, whereas Saim Ayub gained two positions to reach 35th.
In ODI rankings, Pakistani bowlers Abrar Ahmed, Shaheen Afridi, and Haris Rauf remain unchanged at ninth, 21st, and 23rd respectively. Among ODI batters, Babar Azam retained his sixth position and Agha Salman stayed at 17th.
In Test cricket, Pakistan’s Nauman Ali continues to hold the third position among bowlers. Saud Shakeel moved up one spot to 11th in the Test batters’ rankings.
