PTI Leaders Omar Ayub and Zartaj Gul Declared Proclaimed Offenders in Sangjani Rally Case

Islamabad: An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has declared Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders Omar Ayub and Zartaj Gul as proclaimed offenders in the Sangjani rally case. The decision was announced by ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra during the hearing on Wednesday.
The court also ordered the confiscation of the properties of the proclaimed offenders.
Meanwhile, the court approved exemption requests from personal appearance submitted by PTI leaders Zain Qureshi, Ali Bukhari, Sher Afzal Marwat, and Shoaib Shaheen.
The hearing of the case has been adjourned until December 20. The PTI leaders are facing charges registered at the Sangjani Police Station.
