JUI Balochistan Vows to Protect Provincial Rights, Rejects Any Political Compromise – Maulana Abdul Wasi

**Quetta (Daily Qudrat):** Senator and Amir of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) Balochistan, Maulana Abdul Wasi, along with General Secretary Maulana Agha Mahmood Shah, stated that the party’s politics is not merely a pursuit of power but a sacred mission rooted in the protection of madrassas, defense of the finality of Prophethood, upholding Islamic values, and addressing public issues.
They emphasized that JUI’s legacy is built on standing firm against colonial and oppressive forces without compromising on principles, making the party distinct in its ideological commitment. According to the leaders, JUI does not view other political parties as rivals, as its main struggle is against self-serving politics, false ideologies, and tyrannical powers.
Maulana Abdul Wasi highlighted that JUI has a nationwide grassroots network capable of organized action under the guidance of its leadership, and it remains a symbol of tolerance, principles, and steadfastness. He praised JUI Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman for defending Islamic identity on the global stage and championing the cause of oppressed Palestinians through initiatives like the Million March, exposing global media hypocrisy.
The leaders reiterated that JUI Balochistan, as the province’s only majority ideological party, will firmly protect public mandates, democratic rights, and political dignity. They vowed to continue peaceful yet decisive struggles and declared that no compromise will be accepted regarding the rights of the province.
