People Are Our True Partners in the Journey of Peace and Development, Says Major General Muhammad Atif Mujtaba
Kohlu (Daily Qudrat) — Inspector General Frontier Corps (North) Major General Muhammad Atif Mujtaba paid a one-day visit to Kohlu, where he attended a public open court alongside Commandant Maiwand Brigade Colonel Farooq Ashraf, Deputy Commissioner Kohlu Azeem Jan Domar, Deputy Commissioner Barkhan Abdullah Khosa, tribal elders, youth, and citizens from various walks of life.
A large number of people from Kohlu and Barkhan participated in the open court and presented issues related to their respective areas. Major General Atif Mujtaba listened attentively to all concerns and issued immediate instructions to relevant officials on several complaints.
He emphasized that timely resolution of public issues is a top priority for FC Balochistan, which is working closely with the civil administration to bring further improvement in Kohlu and Barkhan.
Addressing the participants, Major General Muhammad Atif Mujtaba said that the brave people of Kohlu and Barkhan are the real partners in the journey of peace and development. He added that peace and progress are inseparable, and for this purpose, FC Balochistan, district administration, and tribal elders are working under a coordinated strategy.
He noted that youth are the country’s true asset, and providing them with modern education, skill development programs, and employment opportunities is a foremost priority.
During the visit, the IG FC North also inspected the Inter Girls College Kohlu, reviewing academic activities, teacher performance, and available facilities. He instructed authorities to further improve the educational environment and infrastructure for students.
Later, he visited Kohlu Bazaar, where he interacted with shopkeepers, traders, and local citizens. Residents expressed satisfaction and appreciation over FC’s role in ensuring peace, promoting public engagement, and fostering social harmony.
Citizens from Kohlu and Barkhan praised FC Balochistan’s people-friendly initiatives and its continuous efforts for maintaining peace in the region.
