JUI Claims Electoral Tribunal Decisions Part of Pre-Planned Script to Marginalize the Party

Quetta – Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) Balochistan has strongly condemned recent decisions by electoral tribunals in constituencies including PB-7, PB-45, and NA-251, calling them biased and part of a pre-determined script designed to remove the party from the political landscape at any cost.

In a provincial press release, JUI stated that its numerous evidence-based petitions against electoral rigging were completely dismissed, while frivolous and baseless applications by political rivals were given favorable rulings. “This approach is not only the murder of electoral justice but also undermines the credibility of the entire system,” the statement said.

The party described the tribunal decisions as “examples of systematic engineering, institutional bias, and political revenge,” adding that they cannot be accepted under any circumstances. JUI maintained that the February elections were historically the worst, pre-planned, non-transparent, and fraudulent, and that despite public support for the party, hidden forces engaged in rigging, manipulation of Form 45, tampering with results, and interference at polling stations to block the party’s path.

The statement also highlighted that the party’s firm stance on constitutional rights, provincial autonomy, and uncompromising principles has provoked forces seeking to exploit Balochistan’s resources. JUI emphasized that it is neither seeking power nor positions but that the ongoing suppression and engineered results represent political poison, constitutional insult, and a mockery of democracy.

JUI vowed to continue its struggle, declaring: “Until the stolen public mandate is restored, the rigged political schemes are exposed, and the real democratic path is reinstated, our fight will not stop for a single moment.”
