Quetta Commissioner Urges Removal of Obstacles in Development Projects, Calls for Faster Progress and Alternate Routes for Citizens

**Quetta** – Commissioner Quetta Division, **Shahzaib Khan Kakar**, conducted a detailed inspection of various ongoing development projects under the **Quetta Development Package (QDP)** today.

During the visit, **Project Director QDP, Rafiq Baloch**, briefed the commissioner on the overall progress, current pace, and challenges faced in the projects. Commissioner Kakar inspected the **Sabzal Road Phase Two**, **Asmengli Road widening**, and **Prince Road expansion projects** on-site.

He instructed all relevant departments to **accelerate the work pace** and immediately remove any obstacles hindering progress. Emphasizing public convenience, he directed that **effective alternate routes** be provided to minimize difficulties for citizens and traffic during construction.

The commissioner highlighted that the **timely completion of these projects is crucial** for the city’s improvement and reducing traffic congestion. Officers on-site were instructed to prioritize **citizen convenience** while ensuring that all projects are completed with **quality and speed**.
