Rumors of Balochistan CM Change Baseless, Leaders Assert Confidence in Sarfaraz Bugti

Quetta: Parliamentary Leader and Provincial Minister of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Balochistan, Saleem Khosa, has dismissed reports of a possible change in the Chief Minister of Balochistan as baseless. Speaking to the media in Quetta, he stated that no discussion regarding a leadership change is underway and that the party remains in close contact with its central leadership.

Khosa emphasized that PML-N is an ally of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and that all coalition members continue to have full confidence in Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, who is actively working for the province’s peace and development.

Meanwhile, PPP leader Ali Madad Jatak clarified that statements made by Senator Dostain Domki should not be taken seriously and that there is no possibility of a change in the provincial government. Jatak highlighted that CM Bugti enjoys the confidence of President Asif Ali Zardari and the party leadership, and any change without central approval is impossible. He added that individuals making statements against the Chief Minister are merely seeking media attention.
