Background of Balochistan CM Removal Rumors Revealed: Personal Vendettas and Fund Disputes Fueled the Controversy

Islamabad/Quetta: The fabricated reports about the removal of Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti have been traced back to internal party disputes, according to party sources. The sources revealed that certain leaders’ personal grievances played a key role in spreading the rumors.
Senator Dostain Domki and MPA Liaquat Lahri reportedly issued baseless statements to the media due to their personal dissatisfaction. Senator Domki was allegedly upset over the denial of an increase in development funds and had even complained to the Prime Minister about CM Bugti. However, the Chief Minister clarified the matter to the Prime Minister, highlighting that the demand for additional funds violated official regulations.
Meanwhile, MPA Liaquat Lahri, Parliamentary Secretary for Transport, reportedly expressed frustration over disagreements related to Green and Pink Bus Service contracts and his inability to secure a contract for his preferred company, which contributed to his displeasure with the CM. Party leadership has expressed strong disapproval over the statements made by both leaders.
The party emphasized that the rumors were baseless and fueled by personal conflicts rather than any official or administrative reasons.
