Former Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani Visits Taftan Rifles HQ, Pays Tribute to Martyrs, Highlights Public-Forces Cooperation as Key to Peace

**Nokundi (Qudrat Daily, Quetta):**
Former Senate Chairman and Provincial Assembly member Haji Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani visited the Taftan Rifles Brigade Headquarters in Nokundi, where he met Brigadier Amir Khan Khalil to discuss the region’s security situation, border challenges, and public concerns.

During the visit, a prayer (Fatiha) was offered for the security personnel martyred in a recent suicide attack at the brigade headquarters. Sanjrani paid tribute to the martyrs, praying for their high ranks in the hereafter and for patience for their families. He praised the bravery of the security forces, noting that their professional response prevented a major disaster, highlighting the forces’ operational competence.

Sanjrani described Nokundi and Chagai as peaceful areas and emphasized that close cooperation between the public and security forces is a guarantee for maintaining peace.

District Chairman Abdul Wadood Khan Sanjrani, SP Chagai Muhammad Sharif Khan, DSP Akbar Khan Sanjrani, Khayam Jan Jamaldini, District Member Altaf Khan Sanjrani, and other tribal and political figures were also present. Sanjrani commended the role of the forces and assured full support for their efforts.
