PPP Balochistan Denies Rumors of CM Change; Senator Omar Gorgij Calls Speculations Baseless

QUETTA – Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Balochistan President Senator Sardar Omar Gorgij has strongly rejected circulating rumors regarding a change in the province’s Chief Minister. He described the reports as irresponsible, baseless, and misleading.
Senator Gorgij clarified that no decision has been made at any party, forum, or organizational level regarding the replacement of the Balochistan Chief Minister. He emphasized that PPP remains committed to political stability in the province and the continuation of public service.
“Such rumors are being spread solely to create unrest and confusion. The party is working collaboratively with the provincial government, allied parties, and all stakeholders to ensure development and stability,” Gorgij stated.
He further underlined that any official policy decision, including leadership changes, will be communicated to the public only through formal announcements.
