Three Policemen, Including DSP Arbab Ali Lashari, Injured in Attack on Police Convoy in Chagai
Chagai: Three police personnel, including DSP Arbab Ali Lashari, were injured after unidentified armed men attacked a police convoy in the Charsar area of Chagai district while it was traveling to Quetta.
According to police sources, a bullet struck the windshield of the DSP’s vehicle during the attack, shattering the glass. DSP Arbab Ali Lashari and two other police officers sustained minor injuries from the broken glass.
The injured personnel were provided with immediate first aid at the scene. Following the incident, the police convoy resumed its journey to Quetta under heightened security arrangements.
Security has been further tightened in the area, and efforts are underway to trace and apprehend the attackers. Authorities have not yet released further details regarding the identity or motive of the assailants.
