27th Constitutional Amendment to Strengthen Institutional Coordination; Gen Asim Munir Ended Global Isolation, Says Farah Azeem Shah

ISLAMABAD – During the Balochistan Assembly session, MPA Farah Azeem Shah stated that the 27th Constitutional Amendment will serve as a bridge to enhance coordination among state institutions. She added that the efforts of Army Chief General Asim Munir have helped pull Pakistan out of global isolation.

JUI-F MPA Asghar Tareen expressed deep concern over the severe shortage of Sui gas in the province, calling it a life-and-death issue. He urged the Chief Minister to immediately take up the matter with the federal government. Tareen further remarked that MPA Maulana Hidayat-ur-Rehman should sit on the opposition benches if he intends to criticize the government rather than speaking against it from the treasury side.

Speaker Abdul Khaliq Achakzai, issuing a formal ruling, announced that an in-camera briefing on the security situation will be provided to lawmakers on Thursday. Following a lack of quorum, the session was adjourned until 3 p.m. on Thursday.
