Quetta (Qudrat Daily) — In the recent elections for the Balochistan Civil Secretariat Officers Welfare Association, candidates from the **Insaaf Panel** emerged victorious, with Amir Hamza Muhammad Shahi winning the top position.

Out of 1,305 registered voters, 930 cast their votes, while 5 ballots were rejected. Amir Hamza Muhammad Shahi secured **498 votes**, defeating Progressive Panel candidate Malik Kakr, who received **427 votes**. The Insaaf Panel won by a clear margin of **71 votes**.
