Exams Begin for Grades 1–7 in Balochistan; Winter Holidays Announced for Cold Regions

Quetta: Under the Balochistan Education Department, exams for students from Grade 1 to Grade 7 have officially begun. According to the department, these exams will continue from November 16 to November 24. Following this, exams for Grade 8 under the Balochistan Board will commence on November 24.

In a key announcement regarding the academic schedule, it was stated that government schools in Balochistan’s cold regions will close for winter holidays from December 16 for a duration of two and a half months.

Meanwhile, according to Punjab’s education system, winter vacations in that province will start on December 23, 2025, and continue until January 11, 2026, with all schools reopening on January 13 to begin the new academic session.
