Karachi: Breakfast is often considered the most important meal of the day, yet many people opt for parathas and tea after waking up hungry. Nutrition experts warn that such habits can negatively affect health.
Indian nutritionist Rajtua Devikar shared an informative video on her Instagram account, recommending that people start their day with a banana. She explained that eating a banana in the morning helps prevent fatigue and excessive hunger throughout the day, reducing the risk of weight gain.
For diabetes patients or those unable to eat bananas, she suggested consuming other seasonal fruits. Additionally, incorporating dry fruits into the diet is also beneficial.
