Federal Shariat Court Chief Justice Aminuddin Khan Appoints Registrar in First Major Decision

Islamabad: Chief Justice Aminuddin Khan of the Federal Shariat Court (FSC) has taken his first significant administrative step by appointing the court’s new registrar.
According to sources, former District and Session Judge Muhammad Hafeez has been appointed as the **Registrar of the Federal Shariat Court**. In addition, Mazhar Bhatti has been designated as the **Secretary to the Chief Justice of the FSC**.
Furthermore, Justice K.K. Agha will take oath as a judge of the Federal Shariat Court tomorrow, with Chief Justice Aminuddin Khan administering the oath. The swearing-in ceremony will be held at the **Islamabad High Court**.
This move marks the initial major administrative action under the tenure of Chief Justice Aminuddin Khan.
