Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar Hails Resignation of Justices Mansoor Ali Shah and Athar Minallah as “Courageous and Admirable
**ISLAMABAD (Qudrat Daily)** — Former senator Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar has lauded the resignations of Supreme Court judges Justice Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Athar Minallah, calling their decision “brave and commendable.”
In a statement on X, Khokhar said that in an era “where consciences are traded and the chains of servitude are worn with pride,” the judges’ decision to relinquish their positions and privileges in defense of the Constitution and principles is a “breath of fresh air.”
He further quoted a poetic line, saying: *“A constitution that leads to a dawn without light — I do not accept, I do not recognize.”*
