According to official figures, **720,579 individuals** have been sent back to Afghanistan via the Chaman border crossing, marking a **350% increase** in repatriations following recent diplomatic tensions between Pakistan and Afghanistan.

In the last 30 days alone, **157,767 Afghan nationals** were repatriated, averaging around **5,300 individuals per day**, highlighting the accelerated pace of the operation.

Authorities at the Chaman border have streamlined the process, ensuring separate arrangements for women, children, and families. Measures include **medical screening, verification of travel documents**, and coordination with Afghan officials to ensure a **safe and orderly return**.
