Balochistan Government Denies PTI Permission for November 7 Rally in Quetta Over Security Concerns

Quetta:The **Balochistan government** has **refused permission** to the **Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)** for holding its planned rally in Quetta on **November 7**, citing serious **security threats** and enforcement of **Section 144** in the city.
According to official sources, **public gatherings of more than five people are currently banned** under Section 144, and **no political party** is being granted permission to organize rallies due to heightened security risks.
Authorities further warned that **strict action will be taken against Afghan nationals** found participating in any political gathering, adding that such individuals will be **deported within 24 hours**.
Security agencies have issued a **high alert** across Quetta, while the administration has intensified **preventive measures** to avoid any untoward incident.
