A powerful **gas cylinder explosion** occurred inside a house in **Saleem Colony**, within the limits of **Usta Muhammad City Police Station**, on Monday, injuring **four people, including a woman**.

According to police reports, the explosion took place at the residence of **Munir Ahmed Baloedi**, causing damage to parts of the house. **Rescue teams and police** reached the scene immediately after the incident and **shifted the injured to the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital**, where they are receiving medical treatment.

Initial investigations suggest that the blast **occurred due to a gas leakage** from the cylinder. Police have **launched further inquiries** to determine the exact cause and assess the extent of the damage.
