ANP Congratulates ‘Malgaray Wakeelan’ on Historic Victory: Triumph of Constitution and People’s Rights, Says Engineer Zmarak Khan Achakzai

Quetta: Senior leader of the **Awami National Party (ANP)** and parliamentary leader **Engineer Zmarak Khan Achakzai** has congratulated **Malgaray Wakeelan** and their allies on their resounding victory in the **Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bar Council elections**, calling it a victory for **ANP’s ideology**, **constitutional supremacy**, **democracy**, and the **struggle for people’s rights**.

In his statement, Achakzai said that **Malgaray Wakeelan** have always been at the forefront of upholding the **rule of law**, **human rights**, and **judicial independence**. He added that this success reaffirms the lawyers’ firm belief in the principles of **democracy, tolerance, peace, and justice** laid down by **Bacha Khan** and **Khan Abdul Wali Khan**.

He emphasized that the **lawyers’ community** has always stood as a strong pillar for democratic forces, and the **ANP** will continue its struggle alongside them for the **strengthening of the Constitution, democracy, and provincial autonomy**.

Criticizing those who believed they had eliminated the ANP’s influence, Achakzai said that despite spending **millions of rupees**, such forces failed because **ANP’s ideology lives on among the people**. He termed this victory a **historic success** for all **nationalists, democrats, and progressive forces** across Pakistan.
