FIA Arrests Three Suspects, Including Afghan National, for Hawala and Illegal Currency Exchange

Islamabad: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested three suspects, including an Afghan national, involved in *hawala hundi* and illegal currency exchange operations.

According to an FIA spokesperson, the arrests were made during separate raids conducted in Nowshera and Lahore. One of the detained individuals was a proclaimed offender wanted in earlier cases.

The FIA recovered mobile phones and other evidence related to *hawala hundi* and unauthorized currency transactions from the possession of the suspects. Further investigations are underway.
