Crackdown on Afghan Refugees Continues in Quetta — Over 35,000 Have Returned to Afghanistan, Says Deputy Commissioner

**Quetta (Kudrat Daily):** The ongoing **crackdown against Afghan refugees** in Quetta has entered its **third phase**, with **over 35,000 individuals** having returned to Afghanistan so far, according to **Deputy Commissioner Quetta Mehrullah Badini**.

Speaking to media, the Deputy Commissioner said that a **large number of Afghan refugees** residing in Quetta are **engaged in business and trade**, and many of them require additional time to **settle their financial and commercial affairs** before departure.

He added that the **repatriation process is expected to accelerate** in the coming days, as authorities continue efforts to ensure an **orderly and peaceful return**.

Deputy Commissioner Badini emphasized that the **district administration is coordinating closely with all relevant departments** to complete the process in a smooth and organized manner.
