Gwadar: Maulana Hidayat ur Rehman Baloch Arrives to Surrender, Police Refuse to Arrest Him

**Gwadar (Kudrat Daily):** The head of **Haq Do Tehreek Balochistan** and **Member of the Provincial Assembly (MPA) from Gwadar**, **Maulana Hidayat ur Rehman Baloch**, arrived at **Censor Police Station** in Gwadar to voluntarily surrender himself to authorities. However, police officials **refused to arrest him**.

According to details, a **case was registered last month** against Maulana Hidayat ur Rehman at the Censor Police Station on the complaint of **Khuda Bakhsh’s son**, a local resident, following the Maulana’s **speech in the provincial assembly** concerning the **Frontier Corps (FC) forces**.

Accompanied by several workers of the Haq Do Tehreek, Maulana reached the police station to offer his arrest. However, due to the **absence of the Station House Officer (SHO)** and the **refusal of the Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP)**, the arrest could not be carried out.

Dozens of Haq Do Tehreek workers were present outside the police station, **chanting slogans in support of their leader** and expressing **complete solidarity** with him. The situation remained **peaceful**, and no untoward incident was reported.

Sources said Maulana Hidayat ur Rehman reiterated his **commitment to the rule of law** and vowed to **stand firm on his stance**, while his supporters declared that their **protest would remain peaceful and within constitutional limits**.
