JI Balochistan Chief to Lead Long March from Quetta to Islamabad on July 25 Against Injustice and Exploitation

Quetta:Member of Provincial Assembly and Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Balochistan, Maulana Hidayat-ur-Rehman Baloch, has announced a long march from Quetta to Islamabad starting on **Friday, July 25**, to demand rights, development, and justice for the people of Balochistan.
Addressing public gatherings and meeting delegations in Turbat, he said the long march will be a **peaceful, democratic, and constitutional resistance** against lawlessness, exploitation, and the systematic suppression of Balochistan by the rulers in Islamabad. “Thousands of people from all regions and linguistic groups of Balochistan will join this historic march,” he stated.
Maulana Hidayat-ur-Rehman strongly criticized the federal government, accusing it of **resource plundering**, **imposing unelected individuals**, **border closures**, and **enforced disappearances** in Balochistan. He demanded that access to the province’s resources be returned to the people and that all injustices against Balochistan be ended.
He further emphasized the need for **the removal of Frontier Corps (FC)** from Balochistan, **recovery of missing persons**, **reopening of border trade**, **inclusion in CPEC**, and **an end to public humiliation at check posts and highways**.
Calling on the youth of Balochistan, he urged them to join the march and stand up for their rights:
> “This is the time to break the atmosphere of fear and despair and unite the people of Balochistan for a better and just future.”
He concluded by announcing that he himself will lead the march from Quetta to Islamabad on July 25, vowing that the struggle will bring success to the people of Balochistan and defeat the oppressive powers.
