PM Shehbaz Sharif: Pakistan’s Economy Stable and Moving in the Right Direction

London: Prime Minister **Shehbaz Sharif** has said that Pakistan’s economy has not only stabilized but is now moving in the right direction, thanks to collective efforts.

Addressing the Pakistani community in London alongside Deputy Prime Minister **Ishaq Dar**, the Prime Minister praised overseas Pakistanis as the country’s “valuable asset” who continue to make the nation proud.

He emphasized that the strengthening of the economy was the result of teamwork and joint contributions from all sectors, including the role of overseas Pakistanis.

Highlighting Pakistan’s achievements, Shehbaz Sharif said the country had secured victories on **military, economic, and diplomatic fronts**, adding that Pakistan had presented its case effectively at the **United Nations General Assembly**.

He noted that Pakistan raised the issues of **Gaza and Kashmir** at the UN, stressing that the killing of over **64,000 Palestinians** in Gaza must come to an end and peace should be restored urgently.

The Prime Minister also pointed out improvements in **Pakistan-US relations**, stating that both nations are drawing closer.
