Karachi Court Grants Police Remand in Woman’s Murder Case

KARACHI:A Judicial Magistrate in Karachi East on Thursday handed over two suspects, including the husband of the slain woman, to police on physical remand until September 20 in connection with a woman’s murder case.

During the hearing, the investigating officer informed the court that the prime suspect killed his wife by stabbing her multiple times. He added that two other accomplices are still at large and need to be arrested, while the murder weapon is yet to be recovered.

The police further stated that a case had been registered at Awami Colony Police Station on September 16 against the suspects.
