Collaboration Between Universities Key to Advancing Education in Balochistan: VC BUITEMS

Quetta – Vice Chancellor of BUITEMS, Professor Dr. Khalid Hafeez, has said that mutual cooperation and linkages between educational institutions and universities can bring positive progress in the academic landscape of Balochistan. He emphasized that academic and research partnerships will lead to excellence in knowledge and research trends.

He expressed these views while addressing the signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management Sciences (BUITEMS) and the Institute of Development Studies and Practices (IDSP). The agreement includes joint initiatives in research, education and training, as well as collaboration on shared academic interests.

Dr. Khalid Hafeez highlighted that each educational institution has its own capacity, scope, and services. If leading institutions in Balochistan continue joint activities, significant academic and research achievements can be realized.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Qurat-ul-Ain Bakhteari, head of IDSP, said that collaboration between universities and learning from each other’s experiences and observations is essential for the welfare and reform of society.

The ceremony was also attended by BUITEMS Pro-Vice Chancellor Dr. Mir Wais Kasi, Registrar BUITEMS Ahsan Achakzai, and senior officials of IDSP.
