Aleema Khan Claims Imran Khan Likely to Be Convicted in Toshakhana-II Case

Rawalpindi: Aleema Khan, sister of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, has claimed that the former prime minister is likely to be handed another conviction in the ongoing Toshakhana-II case.
Speaking to the media outside Adiala Jail, Aleema Khan alleged that the trial inside the prison was being conducted in unusual haste, suggesting it was part of a plan to secure another verdict against Imran Khan. She added that her brother was fully aware that the decision would go against him.
Aleema Khan further said that there was no hope of fair justice under the current circumstances. She refrained from directly engaging with mainstream media representatives, accusing certain “planted individuals” of attempting to create chaos and provoke PTI workers, which often led to further arrests.
She also alleged that fresh cases were being registered against her and PTI supporters as a pressure tactic. Highlighting recent tensions, she said that for the past two years, media coverage outside Adiala Jail had remained peaceful, but now deliberate efforts were being made to create disorder.
