Historic Strike Sends Clear Message to Federal Authorities: National Party

QUETTA:The central spokesperson of the **National Party** has declared the province-wide wheel-jam and shutter-down strike — organized under the banner of All Parties — as one of the most **historic and successful strikes** in Balochistan’s history.

In an official statement, the spokesperson said that the strike served as a **clear referendum against the incompetent rulers**, the **oppressive federal policies**, and the ongoing restrictions on **the sovereignty and self-determination rights of nationalities** in the province.

> “This strike reflects the political awareness and power of the people of Balochistan. It marks a new milestone in the province’s political journey,” the statement read.

The National Party leadership and workers were praised for playing a **key and active role** in ensuring the success of the strike across Balochistan. Despite **tear gas shelling, threats, intimidation, and arrests by the administration**, party workers remained firm and committed to the cause, fulfilling the All Parties’ call with determination.

The spokesperson reiterated that the **National Party firmly believes in democratic struggle** and will continue to raise its voice for **fundamental rights, national sovereignty, and the right of self-rule** for all nationalities.
