CM Sarfraz Bugti Holds Open Court in Baikhar, Orders Immediate Relief on Public Complaints

BAIKHAR:Balochistan Chief Minister **Mir Sarfraz Bugti** on Sunday held an **open court (khuli kachehri)** in Baikhar to directly address citizens’ issues, where a large number of people participated and shared their grievances. The Chief Minister issued on-the-spot directives for the resolution of several problems.

Speaking on the occasion, Bugti said: *“The common man wants immediate solutions to his problems, and our government is fully committed to ensuring that.”*

He identified **terrorism and bad governance** as the two major challenges facing the province, stressing that all political stakeholders must recognize the gravity of the situation. He urged a shift in focus from “non-issues” to the **real problems of the people**.

Bugti reiterated his government’s commitment to **inclusive governance**, saying: *“We are ready to move forward with everyone to confront Balochistan’s challenges. Terrorism is a menace that has affected every segment of society. Even the ordinary people of Dera Bugti have sacrificed their lives for national unity and peace.”*

He further emphasized that the **state takes precedence over everything**, warning against framing social issues in a narrative against the state.

The Chief Minister made it clear that while **peaceful protest is a democratic right**, blocking roads and creating hardships for ordinary citizens is unacceptable. *“Violence and coercion will not be tolerated under any circumstances,”* he said.

Bugti reaffirmed that the provincial government is **serious and determined to promote peace, development, and good governance** in Balochistan.
