Meanwhile, in **Punjab**, the pressure on Sher Shah flood embankment in Multan remains high, while the **Chenab River at Jhang** is witnessing a very high flood with flows of around **488,000 cusecs**, leaving several settlements submerged.

In **Bahawalnagar**, 143 villages have been affected, forcing over **100,000 people** to migrate. Although water levels at Ganda Singh on the **Sutlej River** have started to recede, the river continues to experience high flood conditions.

In Kabirwala, floodwaters from a breach at **Mai Safuran embankment on the Ravi River** submerged **40 villages**, displacing over **80,000 people**. Crops, houses, and even government buildings have sustained severe damage.
