Speaking alongside Federal Minister for Religious Affairs **Sardar Yousaf** and **Murtaza Javed Abbasi**, Captain Safdar said, *“People claim that PML-N lost in Hazara, but I don’t accept this. The people of Hazara voted for Nawaz Sharif out of loyalty.”*
He further **challenged the winning candidate** from Hazara, saying, *“If anyone doubts it, let the current winner resign, and we’ll contest again — everything will become clear.”*
It is worth noting that **Nawaz Sharif contested the 2024 general elections from Hazara**, but suffered defeat in that constituency. He is currently an elected Member of the National Assembly from **NA-130 Lahore**, where he defeated PTI leader **Dr. Yasmin Rashid**.
