Decision Taken to Replace Punjab IGP Dr Usman Anwar

**Lahore (Qudrat):** A decision has been taken to replace Punjab Inspector General of Police (IGP) Dr Usman Anwar, with reports suggesting that he may be appointed as Director General of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).

According to Dunya TV, sources within the Punjab government said that several names are currently under consideration for the post of Punjab IGP. Among the potential candidates are Inspector General of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Zulfiqar Hameed and Lahore Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Bilal Siddiq Kamyana.

The final decision is expected to be made after consultations at the relevant levels.
