Karachi Braces for Intense Heat; Temperature May Soar to 41°C

Karachi: The city is expected to experience hot and humid weather today, with maximum temperatures possibly exceeding 41°C, according to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD).
Humidity levels are predicted to remain high, with morning levels around 80% and evening levels near 60%. A warm and dry spell is also forecast across other parts of Sindh.
The PMD noted that moist winds continue to blow across the eastern regions of the province. In Karachi’s outskirts, light rain accompanied by dust and thunder is expected in isolated areas.
Moderate to strong winds may sweep across the city on Wednesday or Thursday. Light showers with thunder are also possible in parts of Tharparkar, Umerkot, Thatta, and Sujawal today.
