Transit Remand Approved for Sindh Local Government Minister Saeed Ghani’s Brother in Terrorism Case

Karachi: Farhan Ghani, brother of Sindh Local Government Minister Saeed Ghani and Chairman of Chanesar Town, was presented before a special magistrate’s court along with other accused individuals. The court approved a one-day transit remand, handing them over to police custody.
According to the investigation officer, the accused are facing serious charges, including **assault on a government employee and terrorism**, under the Anti-Terrorism Act.
The officer requested the court to grant a one-day transit remand so the accused could be produced before the **Anti-Terrorism Administrative Court on Monday**.
Granting the request, the court directed that Farhan Ghani and the other suspects be held in police custody until they are presented before the relevant court.
