Musa Pak Express Derails in Raiwind; 4 Injured

Lahore:A tragic accident occurred today when the *Musa Pak Express*, traveling from Lahore to Multan, derailed at the Raiwind Railway Station. According to railway sources, the train’s engine and two carriages went off the tracks, resulting in injuries to four people.

The railway authorities have stated that the incident occurred due to a brake failure on the train. Following the accident, all train movements on that track have been halted.

This accident follows a previous incident just one day ago, where the *Jafar Express* derailed after a bomb explosion on the railway track. The *Jafar Express*, en route from Quetta to Peshawar, was hit by the explosion near the Spezand Mastung area at around 9:00 AM, just as the train was passing. Fortunately, there were no fatalities in that incident.

Railway authorities are investigating the causes of both accidents, and efforts are underway to restore service on the affected tracks.
