Bahria Town Auctions 3 Out of 6 Commercial Properties for Court Settlement Payment: NAB Announcement

Islamabad: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Rawalpindi has issued a statement announcing the auction of three out of six commercial properties of Bahria Town. The auction aims to recover the remaining amount of the judicial plea bargain settlement.
According to NAB’s statement, **Rubbish Market** was sold for **PKR 580 million**, which is **PKR 20 million higher** than the minimum reserve price. The process of transferring the payment and ownership of the plot is currently underway.
The statement also mentioned that the proceeds from the sale of **Rubbish Market** have been transferred to NAB. Additionally, conditional bids of **PKR 876 million** were placed for **Corporate Office One**, while **Corporate Office Two** received a bid of **PKR 881.5 million**. The final approval for the auction of both offices is still pending.
Meanwhile, three properties have been **postponed** for auction as their required bids were not met. These three remaining properties will be auctioned again in the future.
