PTI’s Deputy Opposition Leader Mian Qureshi Arrested Along With 6 MPAs Near Lahore
Lahore:Azhar Mashwani, the focal person to former Prime Minister Imran Khan, has claimed that Deputy Opposition Leader of the Punjab Assembly, Mian Qureshi, has been arrested by police.
According to details, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) had announced nationwide protests on August 5. During these demonstrations, police have reportedly launched a crackdown across various cities, including in Balochistan.
Latest reports indicate that Mian Qureshi, along with six other members of the provincial assembly, was arrested from the outskirts of Lahore. The arrests come amid growing tensions between law enforcement and PTI supporters during today’s protests.
