No Plans for PTI Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to Head to Islamabad on August 5: Minister Mina Khan Afridi

PESHAWAR:Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Provincial Minister and PTI leader Mina Khan Afridi has clarified that there are no plans for the PTI Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chapter to head to Islamabad on August 5.
Speaking to Geo News, Mina Khan stated that on August 5, PTI Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will organize rallies at the district level across the province. She emphasized that the party’s focus will be on regional protests, and there is no intention to go to Islamabad.
Mina Khan further mentioned that Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur will lead the protest rally in Peshawar on the same day. The PTI has called for nationwide protests to mark the two-year anniversary of Imran Khan’s arrest, signaling the party’s continued opposition to the current government.
Despite PTI’s nationwide protest plans, the provincial leadership in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa appears to be focusing their efforts locally rather than engaging in direct confrontation in the capital.
