Key Development in Lahore’s Brutal Rape Case: Two Fugitives Identified and Police Encounter Results in Two Deaths

Lahore:In a significant development in the case of gang rape in Chuhng, Lahore, which took place in front of the victim’s husband, the two fleeing suspects have been identified as Imran and Zahid. The suspects were reportedly under the influence of drugs at the time of the incident.

The breakthrough came after the arrest of one of the accused, Arsalan, who led the authorities to a location in Nishter Colony, where a police team from CCD Model Town conducted a raid. During the operation, the suspects opened fire on the police party, leading to an exchange of gunfire. As a result, two suspects were killed, and Constable Nisar was injured. Additionally, bullets hit the bulletproof vests of two other officers.

The search for the remaining fugitives continues as CCD Model Town police persist with their efforts to apprehend Imran and Zahid, with hopes of making their arrest soon. This case has drawn significant attention due to the heinous nature of the crime and the ongoing efforts of law enforcement to bring the culprits to justice.
