Government Announces New Petroleum Prices for the Next 15 Days

ISLAMABAD:The government has announced the revised prices of petroleum products for the next 15 days, with a significant reduction in petrol prices and a slight increase in high-speed diesel rates.

* **Petrol**: The price of petrol has been reduced by Rs. 7.54 per litre, setting the new price at **Rs. 264.61** per litre.

* **High-Speed Diesel (HSD)**: The price of HSD has been increased by Rs. 1.48 per litre, with the new price now standing at **Rs. 285.83** per litre.

The Ministry of Finance issued a notification regarding the updated prices, which also confirmed that the **levy** on petrol remains unchanged at **Rs. 77.01** per litre, while the **levy on diesel** is set at **Rs. 78.02** per litre.

These new prices will remain in effect for the next 15 days, and further updates will be provided after that period.
