Girl Who Sought Justice from Feudal Lord After Rape Found Dead Under Mysterious Circumstances

Naushahro Feroze: A young girl who was allegedly raped and later taken to a local feudal lord in Mohabbat Dero for resolution has died under mysterious circumstances, sparking concerns of foul play.
According to local police, the incident of alleged sexual assault occurred two weeks ago. The families of both parties had approached a feudal elder to mediate the matter, during which the survivor was temporarily housed at the feudal lord’s residence “for safekeeping” until a decision was reached.
Tragically, the girl later died under suspicious conditions. Her grandmother has accused the accused perpetrators of abducting her from the feudal’s home and poisoning her. However, police deny receiving any official complaint of abduction from the feudal residence.
An initial medical report suggests that the girl’s death was caused by an overdose of sleeping pills, but authorities say the exact cause of death will be determined after the final post-mortem report.
